NMP brings together hundreds of talented craftspeople (“the Artisans”) to showcase their products, making it easier for you the buyer (“the Customer”) to find and buy these products.
By accessing and using this Site you agree that any personal data (including contact details such as your name, address, telephone number, email and any other data that may be used to identify you) that you submit or make available to us through this Site will be processed in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to your Personal Data being used as set out below, please do not use this Site.

All the information we collect via our Site or through correspondence with you is used to operate and improve the service we offer you. We are committed to only using your Personal Data for the following purposes:
o Passing on your orders to the chosen Artisan(s) so they can supply goods and services to you; and o Administration and market research; and o Marketing our products and services generally and to notify you of products, special offers or news from NMP or our Artisans; and o Crime and fraud prevention
We will not make your personal details available to third parties for marketing purposes without your prior express permission.

However, we are not responsible and do not warrant or guarantee that the privacy policies of any Artisan or any other companies that your personal information is passed to in accordance with this Privacy Policy, comply with data protection legislation. We are not responsible for any damages which you or others may suffer as a result of the loss of confidentiality of such information. When you place an order with any Artisan on the Site, your personal details that you submit at registration, must by necessity be forwarded along with the order, so you will need to verify their privacy policy directly with them if you so wish.
