description
A pretty, one-of-a kind corsage that I have called 'Summertime'. It has a vintage crochet doily base and features: two cotton Suffolk puff (yoyo) flowers finished with vintage mother of pearl buttons, seven small flowers that I have crocheted in shades of pink, coral and yellow and finished with glass seed bead centres, and two small, gold-tone flower cups (taken from a vintage necklace) with vintage faux pearl centres. It has a pale green vintage crochet leaf and three vintage mother of pearl leaves, taken from a broken choker necklace that I remember buying at a jumble sale when I was a little girl back in the 70s!
It fastens with a gold tone brooch pin and measures approximately 3.5" (9cm) across.
I am tempted to keep it myself...
