Termes et conditions
1) We aim to deliver within seven working days from receipt of order. If an item is temporarily out of stock and dispatch is anticipated to be greater than seven working days, we will contact you via email to inform you of the new delivery date, if this is not satisfactory a refund will be given.
2) A binding contract is formed only when you receive confirmation from us that your order has been accepted. You may cancel your order within 7 days of receiving your goods and will receive a full refund of the goods, providing the goods are unused and in a re-saleable condition.
If you cancel, you must return the goods and invoice to the address found on the top of invoice at your expense, the goods must be re-packaged to the same standard in which it was sent to you and sent back using the same standard of delivery service (e.g. special delivery next day).
3) Please check the goods on delivery. If goods are delivered damaged or faulty you must inform us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange collection and replacement at our expense. If you do not inform us within 7 days we shall have no liability for goods said to be damaged on delivery.
4) Images may not show the actual size of items. ALL sizes, weights and measurements are approximate and are included for guidance only.
